A broken ‘original’ window regulator, and the second pic is the Tom Mills replacement (the only real solution to prevent it from happening again) When I took the doors apart in June 2010, the regulators were obviously failing so I was glad I made the decision to replace them sooner than later. Fortunately for me I was able to replace mine at an East Coast Posse Maintenance Weekend where I had help. If you look close, you can see the Dynomat on both the door frame as well as inside on the door skin. The guy in the photo is the prior owner of the car whom I have known for 50+ years, he was kind enough to help me. Seven years later, the regulators are working flawlessly and I could not be happier with the product.401KAT Just glad Mr Tom Mills built this bullet proof piece...1st pic of the SLIGHTLY BROKEN original ...then Tom's....
I'm sure it's been discussed many times...about a 2 hr fix..VERY GOOD instructions...few hand tools and patience....thanx again Tom and crew....jimClayD I just did that too. Works great! Don Keebles OK I give up, what is it? alprowl quote:

My car wasn't the only one to get a pair of regulators replaced that weekend.
